Refund Policy and Class Drop Off Deadline

TC Community member:


September 8, was the 1st day of our School. If your children do not wish to continue after their 1st day of classes, you should immediately drop their classes from our registration system online and complete the 

process by the end of this Wednesday, September 11th, 2024. 


If you drop off your classes, please note that your registration fees are not refundable. However, the School will refund your paid tuition and credit them back to your family accounts to use for the next semester, for your convenience. After September 11 deadline, 2024 tuition will not be refundable. Thanks for your understanding in advance. However, families can switch their paid classes to any other classes of equal $ value that we offer at TC campus, without any additional charge during the entire semester; in case they find that their originally registered classes may not fit their needs later. This is to provide the most flexibility and convenience to our TC campus community members and lessen the workload of our volunteers.
