5/4 HCSTC Announcement

Dear HCS-TC Community Members,

Happy May Day!

This coming Sunday, May 4th, is a regular school day. May the 4th be with you! :)

As we are getting close to the end of the school year, a few things need your attention:

1) 6/1 is our last school day and we will have a school performance at the Marshal High School Auditorium. Many of the classes are preparing the kids for the show. Please talk to your kids and see if they will be on the stage on 6/1. Please land your hands to help in whatever way you can so that we can have a successful show on 6/1!

2) As always, we will have a school wide lunch picnic at the end of school year. This year's picnic is on 6/8 at Carderock Picnic Pavilion (9500 Macarthur Blvd, Bethesda, MD), which is the same location as last year. The yearly school picnic is alway a fun time for every family in our community. We will also have a lot of raffle prices for lucky families!

School will sell subsidized picnic tickets starting from this Sunday. Here the two choices of food and the ticket sale prices:

a) Chinese Lunch Box: $10.00

b) Pizza slices (2): $5.00

Please stop by the front desk in the school cafeteria this Sunday to purchase your tickets. Teacher and school volunteer can clain one free ticket each.

3) Our summer classe registration are now open and continue to accept registration. Spots are limited, so please log into our system, register and paid the tuition as soon as possible. If you've already registered, please promptly paid the tuition to secure your child’s place.

As we are getting close to the end of the school year, please keep enaged with your kids for your Chinese school classes and activities, and continue reminding them to follow the school rules. We count on everyone of you to keep our school safe and productive! Thank you!
