3/17 HCSTC Announcement

Dear HCSTC students, parents and teachers,

March 17, this Sunday is a normal school day for us and it is also our Teacher/Parents conference day.

You should have received teacher/parents conference meeting time information from the teacher. The meeting will be 5-10 minutes, it is a good opportunity to talk to the teacher directly and discuss any questions.

We will have a year end performance(期末汇演) on 06/02.

For those classes registered a show(表演), this Sunday(03/17) is the audition(节目挑选审核) starting 2:30pm, please be on time.

HCSTC is in the planning stage to organize the Summer school for the coming summer.

The tentative schedule is from 6/9 to 7/28/2024 (8 weeks in total), for those who are interested.

The goals are again to review what your children have learned throughout this school year and help your them complete summer homework with the guidance from our teachers.(without parents' help).

The classes are mainly in Chinese and Math curriculums.  

The goal is to consolidate class materials learned in this school year and more importantly, to lay a solid foundation for your children to get ready for the new 24-25 school year. Summer school will be in the format of Zoom classes as the George Marshall HS may not be available to us during the summer. We are currently surveying our teachers to look for candidates who are willing to sacrifice part of their summer vacation times to take on this. More update will be followed in the future days.
