2/12/23 HCSCTC Announcement

Hello HCSTC Community members: This coming Sunday is a normal school day for us.

We'd like to remind our newly registered parents and students that if you need to contact your teacher for homework/questions after the school, the best way is to email your teacher and copy hcstc@hopechineseschool.org at the same time. Your teacher's email address can be located in our School's registration system. Find your specific classes there and scroll to the right to find your teacher and his/her email address. Send emails to them on any of your concerns regarding with the classes. Please check your spam box afterwards, as the reply from your teachers may often end up there and get neglected. Also, if you have fully paid the tuitions, but need to purchase textbooks, please email your textbooks purchase request to our textbook coordinator, Min Yao at minyao88@gmail.com. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to buy your textbook on Sunday as we wind down our textbook purchase already. Finally, we're planning for a year end performance at the end of this semester, 6/4. Please let your teachers know ASAP if your children desire to present at the performance. Rehearsal is scheduled for 5/21 and audition time will be posted at a later date. 2/19 is the deadline for submission of your programs. Best wishes, HCS-TC
