Dear HCSTC community members,

We hope your children have been enjoying our school's learning environment and benefiting from the classes that we are offering here at the Tysons Campus.The coming Sunday is scheduled for Midterm Exam for most classes, and we wish all students success on the exam.

On 10/27, the school will have teacher-parent meeting in the classrooms. The meeting is to help parents communicating with teachers on any concerns that you may have about your children's learning. At the same time, teachers will provide parents some helpful inputs regarding the performance of your children, such as homework completion, classroom participation and behavior, etc. Typically, teachers will spend 15 to 20 minutes to have a face-to-face conversation with parents before the classes end.

15-20 minutes is really not that long, especially for a relatively large class. So, we strongly advise parents to take advantage of the opportunity to talk to teachers about your children. Hopefully you can get some feedback from the teachers and vice versa. It's always a good idea to email your teacher to schedule a time in advance. Teachers' email can be found on our registration system website if you don't have it. 

You can also send your feedback to the school management, simply stop by the front desk in the cafeteria during the school operation hours. We look forward to seeing you this coming Sunday afternoon.
