1/29/2023 HCSTC Announcement

Dear HCSTC Campus Community members, First of all, we hope that all of you had a wonderful Chinese New Year Holiday and enjoyed the school day off for last Sunday. This coming Sunday is a normal school day for us. For the convenience of our parents and students, we're posting the following reminders/repeats again as they're very helpful with your classes:

1. If you need to contact your teacher for homework/questions after the school, the best way is to email your teacher and copy hcstc@hopechineseschool.org at the same time. Your teacher's email address can be located in our school's registration system. Find your specific classes and scroll to the right to find your teacher and his/her email address. Please check your spam box afterwards, as the reply from your teacher may often could end up there and get neglected.

2. 1/11/2023, the DEADLINE to drop any class has long passed, however, as we've announced repeatedly, students could change/switch into any other classes that we offer at equal value, if you find that there's an unfit need for originally registered class. The only thing you need to pay attention to is: Please do NOT switch any classes on your own. Email your request to hcstc@hopechineseschool.org with your family ID, student's name, and classes you'd like to switch into. Once our registration team receives your request via email, our volunteers will take care of your request.

3. For any newly registered families, please fully pay your tuitions and registration fees; otherwise, you'll be dropped from your registered classes. We routinely go through classes to check students in the classrooms against our paid students' list to ensure each student pays his/her tuition. Either pay up or stay away in order to avoid unnecessary embarrassment to your children in front of his/her friends in classrooms. Thanks and best wishes, HCSTC
